Every application in one funnel — and AI that tells you where it's leaking.

What it is

The job tracker is a kanban board for your whole search. Each application is a card you move across stages — from Saved to Hired — and the tracker can run AI analysis across the board to surface patterns: your conversion rates, what's working, and what to fix next.

When to use it

The moment you start applying. Add every role you're considering, keep the stages current as you progress, and run the funnel analysis once you have a handful of applications to learn from.

How to use it

Add an application

Click Add job and fill in the form. Company and Role are required; everything else is optional:

• Source URL, location, salary range and currency
• Recruiter name and email
• Notes (process details, contacts, follow-up reminders)

Click Add to tracker. You can also send a role here directly from the job matcher using Add to job tracker.

Move cards across stages

Drag a card from one column to another as things progress. The stages are:

Saved → Applied → Interviewing → Rejected/Ghosted → Withdrawn → Offer → Hired

Edit, delete, analyze

• Edit or delete a card with the pencil and trash icons.
• Click Analyze funnel (it appears once you have at least one application) to open the Funnel insights panel:
  • Conversion rates between stages
  • Patterns — observations flagged as positive, neutral, or a warning
  • Recommended next steps

Re-run it anytime with Refresh insights.

Tips & best practices

• Log everything, even maybes. Patterns only emerge with data — add roles to Saved before you commit.
• Keep stages honest. Accurate stages make the funnel insights accurate.
• Give it 3–5 applications before analyzing. Conversion rates need a few data points to mean anything.
• Use notes for follow-ups. Recruiter names, dates, and next steps live well in the notes field.

Troubleshooting / FAQ

• "No applications yet." Click Add job, or run a match in the job matcher and use Add to job tracker.
• A card snapped back to its old column. The move didn't save and rolled back — check your connection and drag it again.
• "Analyze funnel" isn't showing. It appears once you have at least one application on the board.
• Insights feel thin. Add more applications and keep their stages up to date — the analysis is only as rich as your data.
